Nothing, on its own. It has no SIM: the recorder it is wired to carries the data bill for every channel on it, and adding this one changes that bill only by what the extra footage costs when somebody asks for a clip.
How it goes in
Forty-five to ninety minutes in a van, at €90–170 of auto-electrical labour, and the last step is the one that gets skipped: a vehicle is not fitted until a frame from it has reached somebody's screen.
